Arrow Pest Control President Addresses Company's Response To Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Good Afternoon Arrow Pest Control Clientele:
I would like to take the opportunity to address the Coronavirus (COVID-19) with respect to your pest and termite control services that we have been providing for over 47 years in New Jersey.
We have, and always will be, a forward-thinking company when it comes to all concerns of both our clientele and fellow employees. This is a core belief that we stand for as a business. We, as a nation, are facing a very unusual health-threat at this time. It is my responsibility to protect the
health and well-being of both you, my clients, and my fellow employees.
We are going to implement a short-term (minimum 30 days) change to our protocols of all INTERIOR services starting tomorrow, Friday March 13, 2020.
What does this mean for you:
Arrow will continue to schedule all services as you are accustomed to. We will be performing all services due in a thorough and professional manner from the Exterior of your homes during this time period. This will include all Pest Control Services, Carpenter Ant Renewals, Termite Renewals, Tick & Mosquito Services, and any other services that can be performed from the exterior of your homes. Our technicians will notify you that we are on your property prior to performing these services. Your property will be clearly marked with flags and we will leave a service indicator at your front door.
*We will service the interior of your home if there are circumstances that cannot be addressed from the exterior! Please make this clear prior to your service or at point of contact with our customer service department. Commercial customers will continue to be serviced as NORMAL!
